As children we were dosed with castor oil. One useful hint from 60 years ago is if you intend to go hiking, rub your feet with castor oil for a week and you won’t get blisters.

Wow this is great information. It is true we don’t really see that much info on the lymphatic system or much talk about peyer’s patches. I think I’m gonna try a pack tonight.

Alena….great suggestion….you might also want to visit http://www.myrealhealth.com. Dr Victoria Bowmann, PhD just wrote a great book called “You gotta have guts”, the natural way to enhance G.I. Health. She has done over 30,000 colonics and is a specialists in “reflorastation” of your colon after colonics….She is my personal colonic therapist and I can’t say enough good about her.

In fact many folks purchase her “reflorastation kits” and take them to their own colonic therapists. These kits, IMHO, are extremely important, AS it is imperative to replace the good bacteria, which you loose when getting a colonics….I have been doing colonics for years and simply RAVE about them….
