This is a horrific mutating disease that was created as a bio-weapon, which I feel got out of control.

There are many other facets of this horrific disease, but your body need anti-microbials and many immune support supplements to help fight the critters that are slamming our bodies.

I know of several folks that teach Yoga and they will tell you that Yoga alone will not cure Lyme and its co-infections.

However, I do believe that practicing Yoga can help. Most Lymies can barely make it to their bathrooms, much less practice Yoga.
