What you read could be the case. I’ve seen it both ways. You can’t really predict because it takes in many factors like how long you have been on aspartame. what types you are using, and if you’re still getting some accidentally. As I told you Stuart Pape of the National Yoghurt Association has even petitioned the FDA to allow aspartame unlabeled n dairy and yogurt and the FDA has yet to answer one way or the other and I’ve asked twice. People can get it if they are using processed foods as many times it’s hidden in artificial and natural flavors. So many doctors do provide treatment for aspartame victims which does not work. As Dr. Roberts has explained many times, patients go from doctor to doctor having needless surgery and studies and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars when nothing is going to work until they get off aspartame. 

As a ballpark figure, we tell victims to get off aspartame for 60 days because by that time if they pay attention to diet and don’t get anymore of the poison a lot of symptoms by that time have vanished. There are some who get off aspartame, and even though they go through withdrawal symptoms, immediately have peripheral neuropathy and other problems disappear. Since you have used it for 20 years, it could take a few weeks to get rid of. I had not remembered you said 20 years but I would suggest you keep a diary. I remember there was one physician who had peripheral neuropathy and I think it took him about 5 weeks to get rid of the neuropathy, and his other symptoms vanished in that time too. Dave Rietz who founded www.dorway.com against aspartame had joint pain and peripheral neuropathy. He died from aspartame but he went to 12 physicians who were clueless when he was suffering so badly. Then he saw the list of 92 symptoms on the FDA report and got off of it. Immediately the vast numbers of problems due to aspartame including peripheral neuropathy disappeared. However, it was the prostate cancer from aspartame that killed him. Dr. George Schwartz , toxicologist wrote a paper on it. Aspartame literally destroyed his life. After abstaining he even lost 50 lbs, the joint pain and peripheral neuropathy immediately disappeared. His eyesight improved as well and memory loss and brain fog

Now he says it will take 200 pages to bring it up-to-date with all the new studies.

After I did the radio show for Dr. Monteith, I did a two hour radio show on Talk America.  During a break I got your email, and immediately went to google to check out Ondansetron.  Sure enough some versions contain aspartame!

So when the break was over I discussed this situation on Talk America.  Billy Montana said the pre-ratings showed 88 million.  Regardless, of how many a lot of people around the world heard about it.

Meet Marianne Lamar.  Her husband had a seizure on Splenda.  She was 
so upset she really gave the company a hard time.  Finally!!! they 
did admit that Splenda causes seizures, and migraines.  She asked why 
they didn’t have a warning on them and was told well there aren’t 
that many of them.  Well, of course, if people don’t know Splenda 
causes seizures they wouldn’t associate them with the Splenda.  The 
truth of the matter is they didn’t want the FDA to know because they 
wouldn’t have approved it.  James Turner, Atty, who tried to prevent 
the approval of aspartame which is also a seizure triggering drug, 
has petitioned the FDA along with Citizens for Health  to ban Splenda 
and they have done absolutely nothing, this was years ago.  The FDA 
won’t do anything to help you, they are Big Pharma’s Washington 
Branch Office.  In fact, someone called me from the FDA and when I 
said people are sick and dying all over the world  from aspartame I 
was told, “So what, we need to depopulate!”  Congress just gave them 
more power so the first thing they did with it is go after a 
nutritional organization trying to help autistic children, even 
though they agreed to their demands.  I mean they went in with guns 
and even took office supplies.

In 1986 James Turner, atty, and the Community Nutrition Institute 
petitioned the FDA to ban aspartame because it caused seizures and 
people are going blind.  They refused.  It was taken all the way to 
the Supreme Court but I was told it was prevented by a corrupt 
judge.  Industry is very powerful and influential.  Also, Dr. James 
Bowen said if people go from aspartame to Splenda they can maintain 
the reactions from aspartame and pick up those from 
Splenda.  Aspartame causes polychemical sensitivity syndrome, same 
thing as MCS, and if you accidentally get some you can react.  One lady 
the other day accidentally got some aspartame and thought she was 
dying.  One lady in the movie, Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World, Cheryl 
Kemptner  told the hospital about this and still someone gave her 
Crystal Lite with aspartame and she became a code blue, and they had 
to resuscitate her to save her life.

So you are going to have to be very careful and stay away from 
processed foods.  They hide aspartame in artificial and natural 
flavors and MSG which has a synergistic and additive effect with 
aspartame.  In another email I will send you the Aspartame Resource 
Guide which will give you information on both aspartame and Splenda 
since you have used both. Marianne’s email is tlamar8@comcast.net   I 
will send a copy of this to James Turner, Atty and Citizens for 
Health who collect the cases.

While the FDA won’t help you, you can fill out the MedWatch form on 
their site as well as www.dorway.com  That way it will be on 
record.  I will also send the FDA this letter.  When a federal agency 
that is suppose to ensure safe food and drugs allows a seizure 
triggering drug on the market with full knowledge for 30 years you 
realize this agency is most responsible for unsafe food and drugs, 
and what they are known for now.  They have been told in the case of 
Marianne Lamar that her husband had a seizure on Splenda and the 
company to her it causes seizures, and they have ignored the whole 
situation as well as the citizens petition for ban for both aspartame 
and Splenda.

The Aspartame Resource Guide also has information on the studies on 
Splenda and what it does. You may want to subscribe to the Aspartame 
Information list on www.mpwhi.com  just to keep up-to-date and know 
what is going on.

I’m so sorry of what has happened to your child.  Because of the fact
that each seizure was after some aspartame product, sugarfree Jello,
Diet Coke, Crystal Lite, etc. you should know that aspartame is a

The phenylalanine in aspartame as an isolate is neurotoxic, floods

cell and interacts with all antidepressants.  What really makes it
bad is that all components of aspartame can trigger seizures,
aspartic acid, an excitotoxin that stimulates he neurons of the brain
to death causing brain damage, and the free methyl alcohol that
converts to formaldehyde and formic acid and causes metabolic
acidosis also can trigger seizures.

As I understand it your daughter used Crystal Lite during pregnancy
and some babies have been prone to seizures because their mother used
aspartame which causes birth

One of the pivotal studies that approved aspartame is a 52 week oral
toxicity study done on 7 infant monkeys. Five had grand mal seizures
and one died.

As soon as aspartame was approved people started having seizures big
time.  Dr. Wurtman said the 80 cases he collected was enough to have
FDA remove it from the market.  In 1986 James Turner, Atty and the
Community Nutritional Institute in Washington, D.C. petitioned the
FDA to ban aspartame because it was causing so many seizures and
people were going blind from the free methyl alcohol.  It was taken
all the way to the Supreme Court and with all this information to ban
it, it was stopped.  I heard it was because of a corrupt judge. They

has the medical books, movie and even the history of how Rumsfeld got
it on the market after the FDA revoked the petition for
approval.  Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic by H. J. Roberts,
M.D. has a chapter on drug interaction and you will notice it
interacts with anti seizure medication.  Your physician needs this
medical text and one by Dr. Blaylock titled “Excitotoxins: The Taste
That Kills”.  In this one it will tell you what to give your child
because a lot of problems may not show up until puberty.

You didn’t tell me what state you’re in, but if you do take this to
court we will give you all the information you need and there is a
movie being made, and telling your story in this film can save a lot
of other victims who have no idea its aspartame triggering the
seizures.  Dr. Sanchez here in Atlanta told me about a case where he
gave the lady every anti-seizure medication in the PDR and nothing
worked.  Then he put her in the hospital and happen to see a case of
Diet Coke under her bed.  He told her that was the problem and she
had to get off of it.  She went crazy he said (its very addictive and
withdrawal problems are sometimes hard to cope with) and was admitted
to a mental hospital.  Two weeks later she got out, no more seizures
and no more mental problems.  It was the aspartame in the Diet Coke
that kept causing her  seizures and he didn’t know that aspartame
interacted with anti-seizure medication.  Another physician in the
movie also told a similar story – off aspartame the patient stopped
having seizures.

I would tell your physician to get the medical texts to educate him.  I know you were looking to do a lawsuit but I’m afraid the statute of limitations has expired,  However, as I told you there is a movie being made and you can be interviewed. It will help for people to hear your story.   I’m particularly interested in the fact that told you that one teaspoonful of the pure aspartame would kill you.  I would like the world to hear that.  Did you get a copy of the MSDS or any paperwork at all? 

Aspartame caused pituitary tumors in original studies.  Also, in the movie Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World, Ed Johnson also had a pituitary brain tumor he had removed.  Aspartame destroys the central nervous system and it can precipitate all kinds of neurodegenerative diseases.  Most people who are around making aspartame are very ill. I think you are lucky to be alive.  Aspartame has a synergistic and additive effect with MSG.  You will find a lot of reports on the web sites.  On the aspartame resource guide you will find detoxification.   Many people getting off aspartame and detox get well, but you were working around the pure stuff.  Did you have any protective clothing.  I know somebody who walked in the factory in Augusta without protective clothing.  His lungs were destroyed and his friend dropped dead. I was told he was threatened into settling but that he gave the story to CNN.  They told me the journalists were fired and the tapes destroyed.  Interestingly, I heard this case again from somebody who told me I would never find the person because the case was settled and sealed.  Turned out he was a friend of a friend, that’s how I found out.

You are only about 150 miles from the movie producer and I will send him a copy of this email.  You could help a lot of other people.

It would help if you could find paperwork or other testimony of employees who worked around the pure aspartame. The monsters who put this poison on the market should be put under the jail!  I will add your name to the Mission Possible list so you will get my emails and other cases.

Linda’s comments:  Thank Dr Martini for posting this….and you are right their doors should be closed for making poison just like the FDA’s door should be closed, as they are NOT protection the consumers, like they want you to believe!!!  <sigh>

Go out of business.  Acesulfame potassium caused cancer and leukemia in original studies.  The Delaney Amendment in the US forbid allowing anything in food you know that causes cancer.  However, our FDA cares not for safe food and drugs.  Their only loyalty is to the aspartame industry and Big Pharma.  People can die and they don’t care.  They even want to get rid of supplements for good health.  They are simply Big Pharma’s Washington Branch Office.  This is the reason companies like ours exist to warn the public not to use your poison in food. 

Your doors should be closed for making poison just like the FDA’s doors should be closed.  They are responsible for more unsafe food and drugs than any agency in history.  Find a place that entombs poisons like plutonium and have Acesulfame K destroyed so it won’t kill any more.  Then apologize to the world for all the disability and death this poison has caused.
