WSJ says the new epidemic is gluten sensitivity and it is different than celiac disease but is now being blamed for multiple common symptoms. It is not easy to live gluten free since it seems to be everywhere. See The Gluten Connection by Shari Lieberman and others on Amazon.

As this Mayo doctor suggests, something is “triggering” this new epidemic. I believe it could be GMO foods changing bowel flora and leading to leaky gut. I take my Beyond Fiber and a good probiotic like Kyodophilus 9 every day!

This article can add years to your patients lives since unless they have diagnosed celiac disease most have no idea what gluten is doing to their health even the brain!!  This article can wake patients up to the importance of the food in my F.I.G.H.T. program, as most patients have one or more foods that are blocking their recovery and dairy and wheat avoidance are at the top of my suggested dietary changes in any chronically ill patient. But, without this kind of documentation, most patients will not comply.

Linda’s comment:  “Now choosing healthy foods now called a mental disorder???”…..WHO  IS NUTS HERE???  It appears as though MonSATAN is spending a lot of money opposing what those of us, who have a clue have figured out!!  We are TIRED of being poisoned…
 
It is very simple….find an organic farmer (check them out make sure they are truly organic), or begin your own garden, which can be done on your patio, and DO NOT BUY GMO FOODS…We are lucky here in Arizona that we have lots of organic foods that we can find at several dozen Farmer’s Market’s……It isn’t a mental disease to NOT want to eat the poisons??!!!
 
However, “nervous about eating correctly” is something that the entire world needs to think about.  Yes, making those right choices in food is NOT a disease but a SMART shopper.    How insulting that they are calling my good choices a “disease”….<looking in the mirror> Do they see STUPID stamped on my forehead? 
 
This kind of BS about mental disease is proving one thing to me, WE ARE WINNING the battle by demanding that the food industry STOP poisoning us…Again, I remind you that you can have a garden on your small patio’s….they now have hanging veggie plants, or you can use a big clay pot, and now many are buying organic hay bales to plant food in….all of these things fit nicely on your own patios, even if you live in apartments.
 
To those that are forced to eat the GMO foods, you need to consider getting on a lifelong daily detox program to help neutralize the GMO, pesticides, herbicides and toxins you are eating.  I try and find as many organic restaurants as I can find (and the Phoenix area is growing big time for organic restaurants), but when I can’t eat organically, I make sure I am taking my FIGHT protocol to help neutralize the garbage I am forced to eat……I have been on this program for over 1 1/2 years and I will stay on it.  It allows me to eat in public restaurants that are not organic. 
 
Bottom-line, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS IDEA OF A NEW DISEASE….it is just another way to get you to continue to eat the garbage they are forcing on us….just remember this, IF YOU DON’T BUY IT, THEN THIS WILL FORCE THE FOOD INDUSTRY TO MAKE CHANGES…..Don’t let them DUMB you down!!

In its never-ending attempt to fabricate “mental disorders” out of every human activity, the psychiatric industry is now pushing the most ridiculous disease they’ve invented yet: Healthy eating disorder.

This is no joke: If you focus on eating healthy foods, you’re “mentally diseased” and probably need some sort of chemical treatment involving powerful psychotropic drugs. The Guardian newspaper reports, “Fixation with healthy eating can be sign of serious psychological disorder” and goes on to claim this “disease” is called orthorexia nervosa — which is basically just Latin for “nervous about correct eating.”

But they can’t just called it “nervous healthy eating disorder” because that doesn’t sound like they know what they’re talking about. So they translate it into Latin where it sounds smart (even though it isn’t). That’s where most disease names come from: Doctors just describe the symptoms they see with a name like osteoporosis (which means “bones with holes in them”).

Getting back to this fabricated “orthorexia” disease, the Guardian goes on to report, “Orthorexics commonly have rigid rules around eating. Refusing to touch sugar, salt, caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, yeast, soya, corn and dairy foods is just the start of their diet restrictions. Any foods that have come into contact with pesticides, herbicides or contain artificial additives are also out.”

Wait a second. So attempting to avoid chemicals, dairy, soy and sugar now makes you a mental health patient? Yep. According to these experts. If you actually take special care to avoid pesticides, herbicides and genetically modified ingredients like soy and sugar, there’s something wrong with you.

But did you notice that eating junk food is assumed to be “normal?” If you eat processed junk foods laced with synthetic chemicals, that’s okay with them. The mental patients are the ones who choose organic, natural foods, apparently.

What is “normal” when it comes to foods?
I told you this was coming. Years ago, I warned NaturalNews readers that an attempt might soon be under way to outlaw broccoli because of its anti-cancer phytonutrients. This mental health assault on health-conscious consumers is part of that agenda. It’s an effort to marginalize healthy eaters by declaring them to be mentally unstable and therefore justify carting them off to mental institutions where they will be injected with psychiatric drugs and fed institutional food that’s all processed, dead and full of toxic chemicals.

The Guardian even goes to the ridiculous extreme of saying, “The obsession about which foods are “good” and which are “bad” means orthorexics can end up malnourished.”

  • 1 pound chicken/turkey, cut into bite-size pieces (Organic)
  • a double pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables, like celery, carrots, and onions, green beans (Organic)
  • spices, like salt, pepper, thyme, oregano,  parsley (fresh if you can)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour (can use gluten free flour)
  • 3/4 cups chicken broth (organic)
  • 1 cup milk (organic)
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Saute the vegetables until they are soft, stirring constantly. Add the spices to your veggies while sauteing.   Remove the sauteed vegetables from the heat when they are soft. 

    In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Now add the chicken.turkey broth and the milk, and cook this over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
    Stir in the vegetables and chicken, and then pour everything into the pie crust.

    Cover the pie with the top crust, seal the edges together, and cut some slits in the top so that steam can escape while the pot pie cooks. Cook it at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown. I sometimes brush melted butter on the top crust a few times before removing from oven.  Let Stand for 5 minutes.

    H1N1 news… http://lymebook.com/fight/h1n1-news/ http://lymebook.com/fight/h1n1-news/#respond Mon, 23 Nov 2009 05:16:38 +0000 http://lymebook.com/fight/?p=530 Yet another tragedy of a young teen becoming paralyzed from taking the H1N1 flu shot!!  Of course the family is devastated from their decision of giving their beautiful 16 yr old daughter the H1N1 flu vaccine.  I strongly suggest that you do thorough research on the devastation that many families are going through.
     
    I’m 65 yrs old and have never taken any kind of flu vaccines, and I don’t intend on starting.  I doubt that any virus could get through my arsenal of prevention.  I can’t remember the last time I had the flu.  Yes, I have dealt with cancers, Lyme and a host of other healthcare woes, but my body just doesn’t let these viruses penetrate me.  I do too many preventions that the flu can’t penetrate.
     
    The FIGHT program is pretty strong as it is, but I raise my VitC to 16,000 mgs daily.  I use the Bio En’R-Gy C from www.longevityplus.com   It is very easy on the stomach.  You need to work up the dosing.  I began with one teaspoon=4000 mgs and worked my way up to 4 teaspoons=16,000 mgs daily.  I take VitD-3 also from Longevity Plus.
    I carry ACS200ppm in my purse and use at least 5 sprays 5 times daily.  Because of the Varestrongylus Klapowi worm I do 2 oz shots of ACS200, 3 times weekly and the sprays in between.  I eat organically and limit sugar intake.  This is hard, as I think most of us are sugar-babies.  I also personally feel that being Gluten free helps protect my immune.
     
    Whatever you choose for prevention, think long and hard before you put these vaccines into your body.  We need to avoid anymore of these heart-breaking stories.

     Linda I would appreciate it if you would share this tragedy my family is suffering from, in hopes of protecting others from making the same mistake.
     
    Wednesday of this past week, Sierra, my 16 year old cousin in Nebraska got the H1N1 flu shot, and upon standing told the nurse, ‘I don’t feel so good…’….the nurse wanted her to lay down but she said she would just walk down to her Mom’s office not far away.
     
    Denise, her Mom, looked up just in time to see Sierra pass out.  She was flown to Children’s Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska where the doctors ran every test they knew to run.
     
    Sierra is paralyzed from the waist down, and as of Friday when I last talked to Mom, her arm is now paralyzed also.
     
    Please pray for her and her family.  We are all devastated and hoping somehow the doctors find a reversal.  I have sent Denise all the info on others who have suffered the same fate, including the Redskins Cheerleader.
