Excerpt:

(IRVINE, CA) – I don’t believe in ghosts. If I ran into one or two, maybe I’d change my mind.  The stories of lights in the former Marine Corps Air Stations El Toro’s control tower when the power was cut off in July 1999 may be just someone’s wild imagination or I guess if you believe in paranormal activity, maybe the ghosts of Marines who served on the base and returned to haunt the place.  No question there’s good reasons for haunting the old base.

At night, the former base takes on the appearance of a ghost town.  With the power to buildings cut off and hundreds of dilapidated buildings still standing, moonlight can play tricks on your mind.  Shadows move or seem to move and it doesn’t take too long before normally rational  people see things that are not there.

A note from Linda http://lymebook.com/fight/a-note-from-linda-2/ http://lymebook.com/fight/a-note-from-linda-2/#respond Sat, 24 Apr 2010 05:12:22 +0000 http://lymebook.com/fight/a-note-from-linda-2/ A note to my readers from Linda…..

I thought you might be interested in this alert from the Organic Consumers Association (November 13, 2009):

A major reason why consumers shop for products that are certified organic is to avoid the hazardous and unlabeled Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), toxic chemicals, and now the most recent, and likely most dangerous hi-tech poison of them all: nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is now a multi-billion dollar Frankenstein monster industry churning out a vast menu of untested and unlabeled products containing tiny nanoparticles including non-organic vitamin supplements, food packaging, processed food, cosmetics and sunscreens.

Over the objections of the OCA and thousands of our members, on November 5, 2009, the National Organic Standards Board decided to table a recommendation to prohibit nanotechnology in organic. The NOSB member who fills the scientist slot, Katrina Heinze of General Mills, delayed the process by insisting that the Board consider a compromise position that wouldn’t exclude nanotechnology from organic altogether, but would classify it as a “synthetic” that could be petitioned for use in specific instances. Please write to the NOSB and tell them to ban untested, unlabeled and hazardous nanotechnology products and ingredients in organic.

Nanotechnology is inherently dangerous. Mounting scientific evidence indicates that nanomaterials produce dangerous “free radicals” which can destroy or mutate DNA and can cause damage to the liver and kidneys. Nanotech particles not only injure and kill lab animals–they can kill you as well.

Please click the link below to tell the USDA that you want the National Organic Standards Board to take a strong stand against the use of nanotechnology in organic.

Read this and know we can help with BIOE’NR-G’Y C, Beyond Chelation-Improved, Beyond Fiber and ZeoGold during the pregnancy.

And understand that BISPHENOL  A is proven by Duke’s Randy Jirtle to induce epigenetic changes in methylation, which is one reason BIOE’NR-G’Y C is a Vitamin C delivery system that provides VITAL METHYLATION SUPPORT; it is not just Ascorbic Acid.  So, yes, it is the most expensive Vitamin C product on the market but it also proven to be more effective than the competition.

Laboratory tests commissioned by the Environmental Working Group have detected bisphenol A (BPA), a plastic component and synthetic estrogen, in umbilical cord blood of American infants.

Nine of 10 randomly selected samples of cord blood tested positive for BPA, an industrial petrochemical.

BPA has been implicated in a lengthening list of serious chronic disorders, including cancer, cognitive and behavioral impairments, endocrine system disruption, reproductive and cardiovascular system abnormalities, diabetes, asthma and obesity.

In all, the tests found as many as 232 chemicals in the 10 newborns, all of minority descent. The cord blood study has produced hard new evidence that American children are being exposed, beginning in the womb, to complex mixtures of dangerous substances that may have lifelong consequences.

And in a separate study, researchers found that complications of pregnancy, such as preterm labor, preterm birth, and infection were lowest in women with the highest vitamin D levels.

Blood levels of activated vitamin D usually rise during very early pregnancy, and some of it crosses the placenta to bathe the fetus, especially the developing fetal brain, in activated vitamin D. But many — in fact most — pregnant women do not make as much vitamin D as they need.

4,000 IU of vitamin D per day during pregnancy was found to be safe (not a single adverse event). However, this amount only resulted in a mean vitamin D blood level of 27 ng/ml in the newborn infants, indicating that even 4,000 IU per day during pregnancy is not enough.
