Curcumin Upgrade

A few months ago I wrote about Curcumin as one of the most important Lyme supplements you can take. Even Dr. Horowitz, who’s treated more than 12,000 patients, says it’s at the TOP of his list. Every Lyme sufferer should consider taking it (under the supervision of their doctor of course – I’m not a doctor). The only question left is –  which brand?

In the above-referenced blog post I recommended a special type of Curcumin which is liposomal (that is, it is encased in a fat-soluble membrane which helps it get absorbed and make its way to the brain). I still find this kind to be very, very useful and helpful.

However, today I’m telling you about a Curcumin supplement which I feel may be even better. The new formulation is available in several brands and is called C3, which indicates they use three, specifically selected, parts of the Turmeric herb to derive the Curcumin. The brand I recommend for this new version of Curcumin can be purchased here. It also contains BioPerine, which is a kind of black pepper that greatly increases its absorption.

Do we really need all these blog posts on different types of Curcumin? Shouldn’t we just move on and talk about something else? The answer is – yes, we need these blog posts. Getting a good brand of Curcumin into the body can make huge changes in the levels of inflammation in the brain, joints, and tissues; can relieve joint pain and general pain; can improve brain fog, energy and concentration; and can even directly kill parasites like Babesia. It can also help prevent cancer and is protective against a number of other diseases. It is one of the most well-studied herbs there is.

I very much think it’s worth it for people to try the new brand even if you’ve already tried the old brand I recommended.

Personally, I’ve used the new brand for a couple weeks now and have noticed some profound improvements and changes in my health which I didn’t achieve with the old brand.
