Note on Doug Coil Usage from a reader who emailed me:
I received this from a Lyme sufferer using a Doug Coil machine:
I’ve been running my machine with much higher frequencies than what the normal operation allows for. Normally, the machine is operated at 15 amps. At these higher frequencies, I’m only able to get 1 or 2 amps – if I try to get more amps, the red overheat lights come on with the amplifier. However, even at 1 or 2 amps, I’m noticing a renewed effect of these frequencies – they seem to be hitting new areas of the infection. I run them with the “short” switch up – the switch that you use to run lower frequencies like 21 or 27 HZ. This bypasses the capacitors. I can’t say exactly which frequencies seem to be doing the most, yet, as I’m just experimenting. I have been using this higher frequency setup on frequencies like 4200 HZ, 9900 HZ, 14,000 HZ, and 28,000 HZ. I’m not a doctor or scientist – just a fellow Lymie – so please don’t take this as a suggestion, it’s just my story. Previously, most people only use this device up to about 2,112 HZ, so these higher frequencies may present new effects. Some other devices can run higher frequencies but the Doug coil is different because it produces a magnetic field, not a simple current or e-field that many other devices produce. I’ll keep you updated on what I run into and how it goes…
Personally, I too can say I noticed something similar when I was using my Doug coil heavily and at similar higher frequencies. So, the above may be worth checking out, for those of you who own a Doug coil machine. If you don’t know what a Doug coil machine is, it is a type of rife device, and I discuss it in depth in my book. You can find Doug coil devices pre-built by various manufacturers, or you can build them yourself. Please note that due to legal reasons I do not share where to buy or how to build a device, but you can ask around for help on the 2 Lyme/Rife forums listed here.
I would also like to note that I am not a doctor nor electrical engineer, and all rife devices should be used only with permission from you licensed doctor. Many of the commercially available devices may be unsafe or hazardous to use – please read my full disclaimer here. I don’t advise that anyone use rife therapy, as it may be dangerous or harmful. Instead of advising to do so, I’m simply sharing what I learn, day by day. Personally, I chose to experiment with rife therapy, but I did so knowing that it may be unsafe and carry risks. Also for the record: I don’t sell or make money from Doug coil devices.
Sorry for the laborious disclaimer here, but it’s important that I’m clear on what kind of information is offered here.
2nd topic of today: Emotional Healing from Lyme Disease
As the recovery progress progresses and physical problems diminish, I’m becoming increasingly convinced that healing will halt if emotional issues aren’t dealt with. I was skeptical of this for a long time, as it seemed so “voo doo” or “snake oil” – how could emotions really block physical recovery of the brain? Well, I’m convinced – it’s real. Personally, as my recovery went onward and I got to “fine-tuning” things, I noticed this to be more and more true. I’m also not an expert in emotional healing, but I’ve really been enjoying the work of Amy Scher, who has lots of insight on emotional healing. Not everything she says aligns exactly with my own beliefs (I’m a Christian; I’m not sure what her spiritual practice is), but I still find nearly everything she publishes to be very useful on the emotional healing front. So, this week, I’m going to share a few of her resources which I’ve benefited from.
First, I recommend following her on Facebook, so you can receive updates on what she’s doing, This covers a big part of how I’ve kept up with her.
Second, Amy has been doing a Q&A Tuesday video series (free) which I also very much recommend. She’s done just a few of these, but I really like them and have used them myself. Watch them here.
Lastly, don’t miss her website, where you’ll find lots of other work she’s done.
Bonus for this week’s post!
As a special bonus for you – thank you for reading! – here’s a supplement I’ve really been into. Oregan oil is SOOOO useful for so many things. Infections, co-infections, sinus infections, etc – some people even swear by it for the gnarly and elusive Bartonella strains – I just love Oregano oil. It’s a great addition to your Antibiotic Rotation Protocol (see Chapter 3 of from Freedom From Lyme Disease for more on the Antibiotic Rotation Protocol).
So, I’ve tried half dozen or so Oregano supplements and this one is my favorite. It’s enteric coated so it doesn’t get broken down by stomach acid. It’s the #1 most popular Oregano supplement on Amazon and it’s also cheap. I hope this information is helpful. Have a great last few weeks of warm weather, everyone! Until next time!
This week’s interesting read: New research on eliminating biofilms.
