People in our modern society don’t have good posture and eventually get back pain and degeneration. This is because we sit for hours on end; working, watching TV, eating dinner. In primitive societies, the opposite was true: People moved, stood, exercised much more. Some solutions are emerging for us modern dwellers, such as the stand up desk (which I highly recommend). But it’s not enough.
Enter Lyme disease. Those with Lyme tend to have connective tissue problems and other issues which make these back problems even worse. So we are in quite the pickle.
I’ve spent most of my adult life with poor posture. When I was a teenager, my parents got a personal trainer for me and he used to try to teach me to stand up straight. He used to say, “you look like a dumb shit. Stand up straight.” (He was a nice guy, but very animated, so I never took this personally). It turns out he was right. Not only did my bad posture make me look like a dumb shit, but it also made me feel horrible eventually.
I’ve been searching for a solution to this bad posture for decades. I’ve encountered many instructions: “this is what good posture should be like.” I can temporarily contort my body into those forms, but it’s hard and only temporary. I always fall back to the bad posture eventually.
I’m excited to report that recently, I’ve made the most progress to date on this issue, thanks to a wonderful chiropractor named Dr. Eric Goodman. And the best part? I’ve done it for free, in the comfort of my own home, with just two YouTube videos which are posted below. After practicing these exercises every day for 12 minutes, my body much more naturally chooses to stand in the correct posture, instead of me trying to artificially force it to do so. I’m incredibly excited and enthused about these changes.
As we age, we have to become more intentional about keeping our bodies young through diet, exercise, and maybe most importantly, making tweaks to our lifestyles – like camping – that put us more in tune with how our bodies were designed to function prior to modern life.
I hope you enjoy these videos and if you have bad posture or back pain, I hope these videos are as life changing for you as they are for me.

Bonus Content for this week:
Forbes Magazine reports that Ivermectin may help treat Malaria. This is exciting news because Malaria is similar to Babesia, hence Ivermectin may also help deal with Babesia. Ivermectin is part of a series of new drugs which many Lyme sufferers have found to be game changers. Read more in this free chapter from my book Freedom From Lyme Disease. I get Ivermectin for much cheaper via overseas pharmacies. Consult your physician before use.
Lastly for the week: I’m offering used/imperfect copies of my book Lyme Disease & Rife Machines for more than 50% off. If you haven’t picked up your copy of the book yet and you don’t mind some bending and scuffing on the book, get yours today. Buy a used copy or learn more about the book.
