FDA getting knocked down a few notches?

Linda’s comment: About time the courts started waking up…..The drug industry is scrambling as their patents begin to run out…..they will do everything they can to stop the alternative medicine business, even though it hasn’t killed anyone like Western medicine KILLS EVERY YEAR….
In an amazing turn of events, the Supreme Court thinks that off label information is a freedom of speech issue! FDA/FTC may get their wings clipped.
This will not happen overnight, but this could have major ramifications for nutritional medicine too. With the drug industry mounting a challenge to FDA on off label, as a freedom of speech issue, things could be very different for alternative medical doctors.
