Raw Chocolate Ice Cream
4 Tbsp. raw chocolate powder
14 medjool dates, pitted
1 1/2-2 cups water
4 Tbsp. raw coconut butter or cashew butter
1 Tbsp. organic vanilla extract
pinch of organic cinnamon
pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Place in ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacterer’s instructions.

Linda’s comment: I recently tried this Raw Sweet Potato Souffle before Thanksgiving, (didn’t want a flop on Thanksgiving). It was a success and yummmmy on top of it….I did change a few things and used organic ingredients. This makes a great holiday change….NO GMO for me thank you….
