The ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases) 2009 Conference is coming up! Dates are October 24-25, 2009, at the Gaylord National Resort, Washington DC. The cut off date to make room reservations is September 24, 2009. The rooms are available for guests to make reservations until 5 pm on the cut off date.

Description and Goals
The Tenth Annual ILADS Professional Conference is designed to foster collaboration and dialogue between Lyme disease researchers and those who care and advocate for Lyme disease patients in a variety of settings. The conference will provide updates in clinical knowledge and treatment techniques. Innovations in care will be addressed in plenary sessions and workshops.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Polices of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) through the joint sponsorship of the WAM and the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. The WAM is accredited by the MSSNY to provide continuing Medical Education for physician. This educational activity is approved for ten AMA/PRA Category 1 Credit(S) TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The Westchester Academy of Medicine adheres to ACCME Standards for Commercial Support SM of continuing medical education. All speakers participating in Continuing Medical Education activities are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict(S) of interest related to the content of their presentations.
Target audience
All ILADS members including MDs, DOs, NDs, DMD, DVM, PhDs, RNs, NPs, PAs, LCSW and select alternative medicine providers. Lyme advocacy members will be encouraged as space permits. Medical students, residents, or interns may register at a discounted rate. Attendees may take advantage of a pre-registration fee on-line until September 30th. Register at www.ILADS.org.
