Lyme Disease on CNN
By Bryan Rosner on Jul 7, 2008 in General News
Today Lyme disease appeared as the top story on CNN.com! This has happened several other times in the past; once for a general Lyme story on CNN and once when President Bush was diagnosed with Lyme diesase. The importance of this time, however, was that the CNN article presented what I consider to be a progressive, accurate, and cutting edge view of Lyme disease; not the antiquated views that CNN has presented in the past. In this way, this was a breakthrogh event.
Major media also picked up the story in other venues as well, including a Good Morning America Lyme story on July 4, 2008 (a few days ago) and CNN running a Lyme story tomorrow (July 7) on American Mornings.

I’m so happy to read that you found this particular “Lyme News Broadcast” a breakthrough. I too saw it the same way. For the first time, they interviewed a patient and 2 Lyme “Specialists” from ILADS. A historical event for Lyme. Finally, no IDSA or CDC mouth pieces contributing their weak and even twisted views, about something they, truly, care nothing about. Thank you Bryan, for always keeping us up-to-date on the latest! Your site is a gift to all of us:)

Gary Wormser has a vested interest in playing down the seriousness of chronic lyme disease. CONTLICT OF INTEREST Mr.
Wormser. One day you’ll be the laughing stock of the medical community.
Plus his mouth looks like the rectum of a large pig.
