Folate Associated with Reduced Risk of Breast Cancer
Source: American Journal of Epidemiology

Breast cancer is a cancer that forms in tissues of the breast, usually the ducts (tubes that carry milk to the nipple) and lobules (glands that make milk). It occurs in both men and women, although male breast cancer is rare. Risk factors for breast cancer include gender, age, family history, defective genes, early onset of menstruation, late menopause and late childbearing. Breast cancer is about ninety percent due to genetic abnormalities that happen as a result of the aging process and the “wear and tear” of life in general.

Why treat nutritional deficiency with drugs?

Linda’s comments:  Poor nutrition will and does cause many illness in adults and children.  Eating GMO foods, fast foods, junk foods, drinking any kind of soda regular and/or diet you are asking for troble.  For those young women out there who are thinking about having children, you need to think first about cleaning up your body before getting pregnant. An unborn baby is a toxic dump for the mother.  All the toxins and bad things she eats go right to the baby.  If the mother has amalgam fillings all that mercury goes straight to the unborn child.

While diet/nutrition is one of the hardest things in the world it is one of the most important things for good health.  Today, we have to worry about all the GMO foods.  We have to be concerned about pesticides, herbicides, how it is prepared, packaged and stored before it gets to your mouth.

Using drugs to fix the problems that a poor diet has caused is only adding more problems to the mix.  Why add more toxins to our bodies.  Try cleaning up your lifestyle, and adding vitamins, herbals and supplements to your everyday living.

Focus on cleaning out the toxins you have packed in and stored by getting on a lifelong daily detox, them supplementing the nutrients using a good quality supplement product.  Using drugs will only compound your problems.

(OMNS, November 13, 2008) A recent study suggested that statins might be used to avoid the effects of nutritional deficiency. Writing in the New England Journal of Medicine, the Jupiter group described a study of statin drugs in people with high C-reactive protein and low cholesterol. (1) High C-reactive protein levels are associated with inflammation and heart disease/stroke. The authors concluded that, in apparently healthy persons with elevated C-reactive protein levels, rosuvastatin (Crestor) significantly reduced the incidence of major cardiovascular events. Chronic Lyme Disease: Myth or Reality?

Linda’s comment:  The FIGHT program is a perfect example of how you can fight Lyme disease.  As Dr Patricia Gerbarg, MD has found out.  She has not experienced the FIGHT program to my knowledge, but the protocols she mentioned are all part of the FIGHT program.  It is a must that we reduce the total body burden of toxins and pathogens to fight the Lyme critters.  Lyme loves heavy metals.  We are slammed every time we walk out our front doors with 500 to 600 environmental toxins.  It is a daily battle, but I found the FIGHT program made this all very easy.  I only wish I had  the knowledge of the FIGHT program with the first Lyme infection.

I have never taken any antibiotics and don’t intend to, but I focused on the lifelong daily detox program FIGHT and cleaned up my lifestyle, home and diet.  I got rid of all the GMO foods, gluten, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and my body shakes if I pass a fast-food restaurant….the smell turns my stomach.  Once you clean  up your diet and clean up your homestead, you begin to feel better….Lifestyle is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done….Yes, I cheat, but at least now I have learned to cheat. and can neutralize a toxic food if I eat it.  Once you begin to feel better it makes the journey of cleaning up much easier. Just give the FIGHT program 90 days and you too will feel the difference.
