Linda’s comment: Amazing isn’t it that a group of doctors would embarrass themselves so tragically by the many mistakes they have made regarding Herb-Drug Interactions in Journal of the American College of Cardiology? They expect us to respect their avenues of treatment plans with using such poor judgement on making statements like they did with this article.
This is why I preach to all of you to do research if you are not sure about taking an herb with a pharmaceutical. Yes of course there are herbs that will react differently when taking pharmaceutical drugs. However, there are times it can compliment one to the other. People who are on Chemotherapy/Radiation can and do take the “organic” Agaricus Mushroom from Brazil. In fact we have seen many cancer patients on chemo respond more quickly when taking this Brazil mushroom. Mushrooms are not mushrooms are not mushrooms AND you need to make sure what country the mushroom came from. Most mushrooms come from China and/or Japan and these do NOT have the potency that the mushroom from Brazil has. This is just one example of how pharmaceuticals can work with a choice of treatment which is stepping outside of the box.
Know your products.

Linda or Angel

Excerpt:
(Austin, TX) At least several times per year an article is published in a medical journal that purports to provide health professionals and the public with useful information on the safety of herbs and herbal dietary supplements. Instead, what sometimes occurs is an article written by people with apparently little to no expertise in the subject area of herbal medicine and medicinal plant research and likewise apparently peer reviewed—if peer reviewed at all—by reviewers with little botanical knowledge or expertise. Yesterday, the Journal of the American College of Cardiology published such an article.1
This particular article has so many flaws and errors that it is difficult to know where to begin to critically review it.

Linda’s Comment: This is the “NEW” non-GMO shopping Guide website….you can learn and help us ALL teach your families, friends, colleagues, DOCTORS and yourselves about the dangers of GMO foods. GMO foods FEED the Lyme critters, parasites and bacteria. When you eat GMO foods, you are swallowing pesticides, herbicides and much more. We are blessed to have more and more organic, “pick our own” farms sprouting up across the USA….There have been two here in Arizona in the last few months, or at least ones that I have discovered. You will find that your pricing for pick our own organics is the same price you pay in the stores….it could very well save you from medical bills, sickness and help to keep your children safe and healthy…… Then scoot on over the Home - Seeds of Deception ( www.seedsofdeception.com ) and join the newsletter group and you will receive the “Spilling the Beans” newsletter as it comes out. Jeffery Smith has worked for years and years to fight the Monsanto’s of the world who are “killing” us….The concept of GMO foods was not thought out well, or they just didn’t care….Cancer is on the rise, so we ask Why? Is it because of the deadly GMO foods? All five of the Cancers I dealt with were environmental chemicals and foods. Yes, I learned a hard lesson and have now turned into a preacher against these deadly foods. Regards, Linda

Linda’s comment: Connie Maginnis out did herself with this meatless burger. I tried this recipe and it is yummmmy. By using organic products you have a better chance of getting NON-GMO. My girlfriend made this for her children and they loved it….she didn’t tell them that it was made with beans…<smile> Give it a try….I cooked it on the grill.
This recipe comes from Connie Maginnis, who writes, “When we go to cookouts with people on the Standard American Diet, we bring these Black Bean Burgers to grill. Their acceptance is amazing and I have to bring enough for everyone because all the other people want ours!” Continued

Yet another tragedy of a young teen becoming paralyzed from taking the H1N1 flu shot!! Of course the family is devastated from their decision of giving their beautiful 16 yr old daughter the H1N1 flu vaccine. I strongly suggest that you do thorough research on the devastation that many families are going through. Continued

Linda’s comment: Mercury is in everything….learn to read your labels…..high fructose corn syrup is in EVERYTHING and HFC is full of mercury. I certainly believe that Mercury Toxicity is epidemic and for those with chronic illness and children are in trouble ingesting all this mercury. I have been on the FIGHT protocol for over a year now and I am very pleased at how I feel.
I challenge all of those interested in reducing their heavy metal loads, to give the FIGHT program a 3 month try. You might be surprised at how you feel. We must constantly be reducing our total body burden of pathogens and toxins and this lifelong daily detox program is the way to go.

Is Mercury Toxicity an Epidemic?
Author: Joseph Pizzorno, ND
Source: Vitamin Retailer Magazine, June 2009
Conventional medicine has dismissed mercury toxicity as a clinical concern except in cases of obvious poisoning. This is due to the poor correlation between the various measures of mercury body load and clinical symptoms. It is also the reason the dental community has in the past so consistently denied that amalgam fillings are a health risk. (Although called “silver” fillings, they are actually about 55 percent mercury.) However, the integrative medicine community has for decades believed that chronic low-level mercury exposure is the root cause of many chronic diseases ranging from autism to heart disease to “brain fog.” Continued
